On Sunday, 27th November nominees for the 2022 GIEA Awards were announced with Bryant (ABC) Orjiako of SEPLAT leading the pack with six nominations.
This year Ikeanumba (GIEA) awards show is focused on celebrating creative expressive Igbo entrepreneurs all over the world who are not only succeeding but have succeeded in their various vocations of business, which include Environmental Services, Information and Communication Technology, Insurance, Banking, Media, Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, Trade and Commerce etc.
Airing live on Sunday, Sunday, 27th November, 2022, the show will be hosted live by the award-winning magazine, writer, director, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Ayobanna Ikeanumba, of Ikeanumba Magazine from the Iconic Muson Centre, Shell Hall, Onikan Lagos Nigeria.
Nigerian Igbo business men and women like Tony Elumelu, Frank Nneji, and Linda Ikeji were also nominated. Tony Elumelu “Heirs Holding” received nomination in insurance category. He also received nominations in banking category, while Frank Nneji received nominations in Transportation category.
Other transport nominees at this year’s GIEA awards include: Allen Ifechukwu Onyema of Peace Air, Chief Samuel Maduka Onyishi of Peace Mass Transit
