SO MANY THINGS HAPPENING TOO SOON

When we decided to use our cover personality, Nigerian and sub-Saharan African tech guru Mr Leo Stan Ekeh, I said beneath my breathe that ‘it’s about time’, and my reason was simple. Mr Leo Stan Ekeh is a man who has consistently done amazing things in the tech industry in Africa and is so worthy of the recognition on our cover.

He is not a very public man, he lives a conservative lifestyle and rather allow his name and works speak for him. However, Mr Leo has taken major giant strides in Africa that remains to be beaten, and successfully diversified from tech to E-Commerce effortlessly.

Our cover personality is not the only big story in this edition of Ikeanumba Africa Magazine, no please. We have other big stories such as the BRICS Summit, which is a big diversion (if successful) from the WTO etc.

Then there is the list of successful billionaires in Africa, and also the rising ICT Company out of Africa, Flutterwave, and the investor in Konga TV and of course, the Big Brother Allstars edition, which shook the entertainment fountains in Nigeria and beyond.

So may thing happening too soon in every sector right? However, this edition of Ikeanumba Africa Magazine also shines spotlight on some issues that are of concern, one of which is the high migration level of Nigerians outside the continent in search of greener pastures. Also Uganda’s position after exiting support from the US, and the offer of Visa waiver by Rwandan government.

I would say, comfortably that Africa is in for the big deals, as a lot of positive and negative things may be happening at same time. In all, the economy is still existing and even thriving in some cases. With all that is happening, is there hope for the brand Africa? I would say YES, and the article on saving a brand’s identity shows us just how to do so for our continent Africa.

Sports has our very own Nigerian born Victor Osimhen, and his many wins, find out all about them in this edition.

I think I am tired of saying that every edition of Ikeanumba Africa is unputdownable, so I would just say, you did good by getting a copy of this edition in your hands. And please recommend to your friends and circles to subscribe to the yearly edition of this magazine.

Or you can take one step further by advertising in subsequent editions of Ikeanumba Africa Magazine, because this magazine gets into the hands and offices of major decision makers in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Rwanda and Ethiopia, so imagine what exposures your business would get just by being in each edition.

I expect that we would hear from you and become business partners henceforth.

Till I come your way again

Namaste
